What is Fido?
Fido is a delivery service that brings you the items you crave, ultra-fast. Download the Fido app and request a fully stocked Fido delivery van to your curb today.
How does Fido work?
Download the Fido app and create an account. After you have an account you can view and request the available mobile vans in your area. You will be notified via text message when the mobile van arrives at your location. Meet the Fido delivery van at the curbside and open the door automatically using the Fido app. Finalize your purchase by taking your desired items, and walk away. The card on your account will be billed for the items you take and you will receive a receipt in your email within a few hours of your delivery.
Where does Fido deliver?
Fido currently delivers to select addresses within the zip codes of 77401 and 77005 in the Houston area.
How much do items cost?
Fido carries a number of items with varying costs. You can view available items and costs by tapping on “View Selection” on a store within the app.
Does Fido have a delivery fee?
Delivery fees are currently FREE until August 31, 2022.
What kind of items can I purchase from Fido?
Currently available are the Fido Snacks and Drinks mobile vans. Inside the delivery van you can find snacks, candy, energy drinks, sparkling water, and more.
You can view all the available items by tapping “View Selection” on an individual delivery van card within the Fido app.

How do I get help with my Fido delivery?
During a delivery you can tap the “More” icon (represented as 3 vertically stacked dots) in the top right corner of your device to contact support.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, an email will be sent to the email address on your account. There may be some delay between your purchase and receiving your receipt.
How do I pay?
Upon account creation, Fido will ask you to add a credit card to your account. Your purchases will be billed to your credit card on file automatically.
How do I know my credit card information is secure?
All payments are securely processed through Square.
How do I contact a Fido representative?
If you have questions or comments please do not email, the site is now dead.
Can I schedule a Fido delivery in advance?
While we do not currently offer the option to schedule deliveries in advance, we are always interested in learning more about how Fido can serve you better!
Can multiple people use the Fido delivery van at the same time?
No, each delivery is personal to you, and only the individual who requested the Fido delivery van can elect items and finalize their delivery at one time If multiple individuals wish to schedule Fido deliveries at the same address, they all must request their own delivery.
How do I select items in the app for purchase?
When you request a Fido van, all the items are driven to you. The selection that you can view within the app will be present on the vehicle so there is no need to request specific items through the app. You may finalize your selection once the Fido van arrives at your location.
Can I return an item purchased from Fido?
Because Fido sells food items, we are unable to offer returns for any products.
